Now that the number of groups as well as the number of users advancing from a group are modular there’s also the necessity of lucky winners who advance a round when there’s not an even number of players in that playoff round. Also see #148.

Turns out there’s no need for free wins. Possible number of users in playoffs is 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24, 32 … all without free wins and taking advantage of three-way final (#148).
