Replace BBCode #155

For some time BBCode was used to write comments and admin news and all sorts of larger texts. That needs to be replaced with maybe Markdown.

Also, some text fields contain HTML in the database. There’s profile about texts for example.

There are about 32 comments with BBCode for which I think they can mostly simply go without BBCode and can be manually processed.
