Syntax expects HoI4 leader effects to use ideology groups. #110

add_trait, remove_trait, add_country_leader_role, promote_character, remove_country_leader_role, swap_country_leader_traits, add_country_leader_trait, & remove_country_leader trait all work with subideologies & break with ideology groups. The syntax highlights subideologies in red & does not highlight ideology groups-- in other words, backwards.
