Support for CK3 #40

CK3 was released. Is there any way (or guide) to extend the tool so that it can support CK3?

I'm working on some cwt definitions from scratch here that I'm filling out whilst learning the scripting language and working on my own mod.

They offer some help but need updates to the language server and extension to get full support.

I've got some time off work over the next week, so will try to make the minimum changes needed to the server and extension over the next week.

@sys-keys I have some rules that I don't want to just dump into the public. If you have the time, I could give these to you to curate and integrate with what you've done so far. Easiest way to chat might be discord if you have that, my username is Dayshine#2159

I've publishing some contributions to the ck3 config. @sys-keys would you like to coordinate via issues on the config repo so we avoid doing duplicate work?
