After discussion with @SimonKrughoff he would like to understand how many flats with PhoSim optical optimization turned on we need to average in order to recover the Poisson statistics with no photon ray grouping.
So, when running flat studies I should also make a condor file that produces sets of files at different optimization levels.
I'm need to figure out what if any other effects should be turned off or left on.
This is relevant for the ISR step in the DM pipeline.
