Fails to start #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Windows 7 x64
2. Start Java App
3. Get Error Message

Please provide any additional information below.

Might be a driver issue, using the XP ADB drivers instead of vista drivers.

can you provide the exact error message ?
Is the device listed when using the "adb devices" command ?

Unable to bring the error back - I switched to a new ROM, and since then have 
had no
issues.  If I knew how to delete things on here, I'd toss this out :)
