Unable to rescale the GUI horizontally #1

The GUI can only be made smaller vertically and not horizontally. When attempted to make the GUI larger, the interface does not scale to the size as well.

Team's Response

Understand this may be an issue to some users, based on personal preference, but we believe this is not a bug and the feature was intended to have a fixed width. Scaling of the panels are not within the scope of our features.
