FontAwesome icons are broken

Sometime recently, the FontAwesome icons used for the menu and related icons on the homepage broke. They now return 404, and cx16forum.com can't access commanderx16.com fonts as the server hasn't been set up to allow it access under CORS.

Reproduction steps

Visit the homepage. You may have to clear your cache to see it broken (Ctrl+F5).
