Unable to get it to flash #2

I am stuck and unable to flash my code onto this; no amount of pressing or holding the flash button during, before, or after reset seems to help. Ideas?

Please try refresh after separation with Matrix panel

That did not solve it, but reducing the PlatformIO bar rate to 480K fixed it! Thanks!

Hello! We’ve been talking about a bulk purchase of 50 through Ali, but I had another idea that I’m wondering if it might be of interest to you: I’d like to make a version of this based on the WROVER, with 4MB of RAM. I’m hitting some memory constraints, and this would help a great deal.

I’m wondering if it would be possible to hire you to do a custom version of the board for me for a flat fee that I could then upload to JLCPCB for manufacturing and assembly. They offer assembly now for SMT parts and so on, but if there was someone that would manufacture the boards for me such that I could just order them from them using the files you provide to me, that would be the BEST case.

Is that even possible? Or are there parts or components on the board that you could not get through their assembly service?

Hello! I received the 5 units and they look very good! I tested one and other than reprogramming it yet, seems to work!

I was wondering if you would be interested in for a slightly larger version of the board with the following changes:

The microphone could just “listen” through a hole or grille in the back, but not sure about the placement of the IR sensor, so that might stay a header.

Let me know! And let me know how many units you would like me to order for this test. I believe it should be the final now, my hardware design has not changed since.
