http://accessors.org/wiki is a bit of a mess, which is mostly my fault.

We need to clean it up and create a set of "blessed" pages that could be converted to pdf and included with the installer. There are various tools that could help here.

To do this, it might be best to create either another entire wiki so that search works, or to create a subdirectory such as Manual that would contain the blessed pages.

Another idea is to convert the pmwiki pages to LaTeX and use that as the basis for a book.

Another idea is to move more of the wiki page documentation in to the jsdoc text.
