Created attachment 50 Post Processing Error under Windows 8.1 after Java 9 has been installed

Under Windows 8.1 with both JRE 1.8 and 1.9 installed, after the files are created, a window appears with the title

--start-- Post Processing Error

Invocation Problem calling: IzpackSetup, Should not get here

--end--

The workaround is to uninstall both JRE or JDK 1.8 and 1.9, rebooting and then reinstall JRE or JDK 1.8.

Uninstall JDK/JRE 1.9 does not do fix the problem.

I tried running the jar file with -debug and the process hung
