Create a model that uses existing Ptolemy features to read data from internet sources.

Create a model that uses the FileReader to read web data
Read from a RESTful data source (URI plus GET operation) - use http://new.openbms.org/plot
Support JSON format
Support XML format - see ptolemy.actor.lib.conversions.StringToXML, ptolemy.actor.lib.xslt.XSLTransformer
Convert data input to standard Ptolemy II types
Read from a SOAP resource? (Needed? Any pages in particular we would like to support?)

Can web service authors use WSDL to specify JSON type info? Take a look as ptolemy.actor.lib.xslt.XSLTransformer (we probably don’t want this way, but it’s an interesting reference) Thoughts on throwing ModelExceptions?

This looks obsolete now that we have accessors. We should still have a closer look at SOAP/WSDL, however.
