Once we merge datasets then - apart from for hard-to-algorithmically-quantify-but-obvious-to-the-user conditions - the per-chip exposure-related keywords are "meaningless". In fact, the concept of exposure time could also be considered meaningless but I don't want to go that far.
So, we could remove the ONTIMEn, LIVTIMEn, EXPOSURn keywords (any more?) when merging ACIS data. It would also probably require removing any time subspaces in these files too (e.g. GTI blocks).
