Possible RFE: add marx suite of tools into runtool module #282

A user was trying to use the non-existant runtool wrapper around marx(). Of course should have known better, but it's not entirely an unreasonable thing to think would be doable.

Maybe it'd be something the install_marx script could do? Maybe if not to runtool.py then a marx specific version? Just throwing out ideas.

I thought about this, but I'm not sure what the best thing would be. Will need to think about it a little more.
