So, I fixed this on Dec 15 in https://github.com/cxcsds/ciao-contrib/commit/a83799bb9b9bf5d223c95ae18f764950d17c1386 but this was obviously after the 4.16.1 release... I'm not sure why this appears to have been directly committed to the main branch rather than via a PR.
