Unsafe_Use_Of_Target_blank issue exists @ external/phpids/0.6/docs/phpdocumentor/PHPIDS/_Log---Database.php.html in branch master

Using <a href="http://www.phpdoc.org&quot; target="_blank"> at line 102 of external\phpids\0.6\docs\phpdocumentor\PHPIDS_Log---Database.php.html, without correctly setting the "rel" attribute, or disassociating the new window from its parent, is an unsafe way of opening a new window.
