Spliting persistence and mapping #4

I would implementing mapping by attributes on DORM
and i see that are mixing on dorm.cfg

{
  "persistence": {...},
  "mapping":    {...}
}

I think that this should be splitted in:

dorm.cfg
dorm.map

So i can continue using dorm.cfg to things about connection and strategies, and 
dorm.map we can use or no (when using attributes).
