Establish/Document Relationship between CXI & Nexus #1

@FilipeMaia I'm sure this was part of the discussion when creating the schema for the CXI file format. In light of the fact that cxi is closely related to nexus, my questions are:

What, specifically, was the reason for creating a new file format different from nexus? What didn't (or did) nexus do that you guys felt was different from what was desired for CXI?
What relation, if any, should we require between software readers/writers of CXI files?

The reason for creating something different was to make it simpler. This was important for people working with the files. In particular not requiring as many attributes and having more restricted names. I'm actually currently in contact with the NeXus people and soon CXI might be have an "official" NeXus definition.
