Improved Mac OSX package #166

The current package is a plain .dmg where you drag a cdogs-sdl folder to the Applications shortcut. There are a number of issues with this:

[x] cdogs-sdl is a folder not an app
[x] The shortcut within cdogs-sdl is a plain terminal icon; it's not obvious that users should run that
[x] No background in the dmg
[x] C-Dogs SDL doesn't show up easily or prominently in spotlight search (may be related to not being an app)

OSX package recently improved to build app bundles (#235), which solves the shortcut/spotlight problems.

It may not be worth making C-Dogs SDL a complete app instead of a folder, as that would mean the assets (shared by both the game and editor) would need to be duplicated in both app bundles.

As for the background, see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16596655/cant-configure-background-image-for-dmg-installation-using-cmake Could use a screenshot of the main menu (big C-Dogs logo, without menu entries).
