Regression: Camera bug in dogfight mode #403

It's basically the same bug that happened earlier in the coop mode.

BTW: The gun bug is unfortunately still present in https://github.com/cxong/cdogs-sdl/commit/938a411cb3ecdba219f85936d8591f7e79df11b2 .
