Create wiki pages

• Trim down the README, possibly to a one-page file, migrate content to wiki
• Create screenshots: menus, gameplay
• Links to latest binaries (see other issue)

Created a web page at http://cxong.github.com/cdogs-sdl/

This means the wiki homepage doesn't need to act as a front page, more or less. There's a lot to making good front pages and wikis; from http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36268/what-makes-a-good-website-for-an-open-source-project

• Nice screenshots, maybe even a gallery?
• Feature list; maybe just describe the game modes, with more screenshots?
• News
• Forums
• Documentation (wiki in this case)

For the "news" part, apparently github pages can act as a blog but need to figure out how to do so. No need for forums yet because the size of this community is exactly 1 right now (me). Also good to check out some good examples:
