I like the broken textures' animation on the first loading screen but probably it shouldn't stay on main menu even after it has finished.
The visibility of it depends on the scaling factor choice, in my case I see only left and right sides that way, the random map preview is always above the broken textures' animation.
I must point out that this is often a small issue that happens with different games, sometimes during or immediately after loading state some kind of corrupted textures/background/lines/shapes are loaded randomly.
