license updates

Hi @cxong,

I did some more license review and have a few more updates.

• I renamed dynamite_active_10x9.txt to dynamite_active_16x16.txt as 10x9.png does not exist, and I assume that the file 16x16.png was meant.
• The files from the Filter Forge site are licensed under CC-BY-2.0. But this version might be a bit problematic, see https://wiki.debian.org/DFSGLicenses#Creative_Commons_Attribution_1.0_Generic_.28CC_BY_1.0.29 Would it be possible to replace them?
• dogfights/dwango5_map01.cdogscpn/licenses.txt documents all sounds/graphics except dogfights/dwango5_map01.cdogscpn/graphics/bfg.png; same for dogfights/map07.cdogscpn/licenses.txt did you create bfg.png?
• the file graphics/beam.txt exists, bot not beam.png, can the file be deleted?
• many files refer to https://opengameart.org/content/141-military-icons-set by AngryMeteor.com. the page is no longer accessible, but I noticed that some files aready to refer to https://opengameart.org/content/140-military-icons-set-fixed as a replacement (which has one problematic file dropped). probably the license files need to be updated to point to the 140 version.
• http://opengameart.org/content/kyrodian-legends-overworld-props (referenced in multiple files) is no longer available (probably not problematic, I'll just use your documented license)
• Do you have more information about graphics/wscreen1.txt and graphics/wscreen2.txt? If not, also no problem.
• graphics/molotov_pickup.txt links to pixabay.com which mentions a very restrictive license (though the file was imported when pixabay still licensed files as CC0, so probably okay).

Thanks. I guessed that already. :-) I meant if there exists also some website (opengameart or so), as the txt files contain less information than in other files.
