"Close and save" button does nothing in some cases

Clicking "Close and save" button in TabFern does nothing.

I tested opening a new window and added a few tabs - the "Close and save" button works.

The window that cannot be "Close and save"d was previously a "restored" window, which was given a name later.

How could I troubleshoot this issue to help further?
