Extract the changelog into its own file #235

Currently it is in app/settings/manifest.js.

[ ] Move the helpers from app/settings/manifest.js into a module
[ ] Move the changelog out into a module that .../manifest.js can load
[ ] Make a symlink to let people know where the changelog is :)

Or #include the text of the changelog into manifest.js ;) . It would be especially cool to generate the JS from a CHANGELOG.md, but that's a bit more involved than I have time for at the moment.
