Ubuntu, chromium. Ctrl+Shift+T opens a new TF window instead of bringing the existing TF window to the front. Only when no shortcut set:

When a keyboard shortcut is set for "Open the TF Window", this doesn't happen.

Seems to have fixed itself by magic :shrug:
