enable adding borders to top level #312

Current I can separate tabs in a window visually by adding borders between the tabs within a window (folder).

Would it be possible to add the borders to the top level, between the different windows (folders) as well?

In the short term, one workaround is to create an empty window, save and close it, and give it a note like "-------------------------". Not great, but it does work. image
