Forbid "forget" in a partially-open window #321

Steps:

  1. Open a single tab in a saved window having multiple tabs
  2. Right-click the window and select Forget
  3. Close the window

Observed: the whole window disappears from the tree, including closed tabs that looked they would be saved.
