customisation for the tab links representation (Loaded/unloaded/selected)

We can certainly change those — What are you thinking?

for example I would like to change the colour of loaded tabs from white to something more neutral while leaving the current tab's link bold and white I was thinking of a section in settings rather than hardcoding. I'm thinking something along the lines of tab customisation options on TabMixPlus on firefox. basically being able to decide the font size, colour, bold, italics, etc for unloaded tabs, loaded tabs and current tab (on TF window not in actual chrome tabs bar). not sure how much headache that would be to implement though.
