The "Leave/Stay" dialog causes inconsistent state

Go to a page and start editing (or anything that will trigger a leave/stay prompt when you close the tab --- for me, GoToMeeting did it)
Hit the X in the TabFern window (or was it Save and close? I don't recall --- test both)
When prompted by the tab, hit Stay

Then the window is gone from the TabFern tree, but it is still open, as are all its tabs.
