Convert to bem (kinda), but for sure ITCSS #12

I first created this issue to update all of my CSS. Which was a bit too big of scope. After more research and moving things around, I've decided to use the branch to change the file structure into ITCSS. I've converted some of the CSS to BEMIT, but it is not complete. To avoid scope creep, I will just update the CSS as I go with individual features/components.

Main goal for this branch: Change existing file structure to ITCSS while updating as much CSS to BEMIT as was reasonable. Continue updating CSS to BEMIT as new components and features are modified.

This will fix #10
