Added lolcat translation

@kuragehimekurara1 Can you convert to Carmel case. That's only the first letter of the word is upper case and the rest are lower. Because all upper case will make the UI distorted.

The lolcat translation site I use is translated in upper case, so I have to translate it on another translation site. I'm busy right now and don't have time, so it will take a while to re-translate. Excuse me.
