[Feature Request] Support basic {{macros}} #15

{{char}} and {{user}} are the staples of card writing, used universally in most of the known LLM frontends.

Allow using them in chat messages and prompt parts.

char -- resolves to the currently selected card name. user -- resolves to the currently selected persona name.
