[Enhancement request] Auto select "Apply to all selected images"

The "apply to all" button should be auto checked by default, as when selecting images and applying filters users expect it to apply to all.

Also the button is very easy to miss, so I propose that it should be right aligned instead, on top of the OK button

I think what makes the most sense here is to remember the state of the button (so if you check it, the next time it will also be checked by default).
