Duplicate meta description tag in index.html #34

Checking with CSS HTML Validator I found that this meta tag appears twice in index.html (there's no need for it to appear twice): <meta name="description" content="Pure CSS Oil Painting - by Diana Smith aka cyanHarlow" />
