Extensions of use case UC06 goes into implementation details #9

The extensions of UC06 specifies that delete will check if the given index (3a) and organisation ID (3b) is valid, and if invalid, error messages will be shown, From my understanding, use cases should be as general as possible and not go into the specifics of the implementation, so the inclusion of details like the organisation ID is not necessary.
