Application fails to Initialize #78

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I tried to launch Open Hardware Monitor by double-clicking on the .exe file, 
after extracting all the files from the .zip archive.  It failed and displayed 
a message saying that the application failed to initialize.  I have attached a 
screen capture of the exact message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v0.1.35 beta, Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

I don't think I know anything else.  What other info would be helpful?

Please attach a Report created with "File / Save Report...".

I can't do this because it never got that far

You need to install the .NET Framework 2.0 or compatible. This error message is 
generated by Windows and is not very helpful, but we can't really change it.

I did that and it's now working.  Thank you for the quick and helpful reply.
