Brightness goes to full when device is unplugged

First of all, thank you so much for spending time developing this app, I've been using it for a few months now and have been thoroughly enjoying it.

A few bugs that I've found which I believe are all closely related:

Sometimes when the flashlight is on while the device is plugged in, and the device is then unplugged, the brightness gets set to max.
The brightness is also sometimes set to max when turning brightness up to a non-zero value from zero. This occurs only for the first click, and subsequent clicks appear to work properly.
The intital light level setting is occasionally ignored when using the quick tile (the brightness reports as the set level, but the light is at 100% until changed)

I feel that it is likely that these behaviors are all caused by the same bug. These bugs seem to be closely related to #15

These issues are hard to reproduce, but seem most likely to occur when the app hasn't been used in a few hours. Force stopping the app and then using it from the quick tile or app does not trigger these issues.

App version: 2.0.0 (from F-Droid) Device: Google Pixel 6 (oriole) OS: GrapheneOS TQ3A.230705.001.2023072600 (Android 13)

I personally wonder of this is a graphene issue? I've been using the app for quite sometime on a Pixel and haven't encountered this.

Yeah, same for me on my P7 Pro

The issue seems to be resolved on both pixel 6 & 7 running grapheneos. Thank you!
