Fix additional issues with cyberware #114

Mainly:

[x] biomonitor status is checked from equipment every warning attempt
[x] metabolic editor and detoxifier flags must be refreshed on attach
[x] symptoms appellations must be updated (missing for some consumables)
[x] chemical names must be updated for healers: search from lore
- [x] they must also be translated for every language (Addicted.Translations archive)

A quick search on forum for game's lore + google seems to indicate:

nano surgeons / nanites
adrenaline: Epinephrine (C9H13NO3)
painkillers: Paracetamol (C8H9NO2) or Acetaminophen / Tylenol

Since it seems nanosurgeons being lost lore, it would be funny to get nanites traces in higher tier of MaxDOC, BounceBack and the likes.

result is not perfect as there's trailing commas and ellipsis, but it'll do for now.
