Add biomon system diagnostic check as a feature.

[x] find related .inkwidget and .inkanim
[ ] update inkanim crate to support generating instantiation boilerplate
[ ] modularize .inkwidget for dynamic inputs
[ ] modularize .inkanim for responsive anims

This has already been done in Life Insurance mod. Leaving this PR pending since they might release a standalone widget library for modders, as stated in their description.
