Changes covered in this pull request:

Fix README formatting, looks like I messed my branche, so this should invalidate #2
Update .gitignore and delete *.pyc files
Split configuration to it's own autowx.ini file using ConfigParser
Replace a lot of paths built using string concatenation by os.path.join()
Lot of PEP8 and formatting cleaning
Add verbosity for commands about to be launched
Added an option to allow recording of METEOR or not, mainly used for debugging purposes

I'm currently running on top of that pile plus my next working feature (static webpages generation) and no issue in a few days.

I didn't tested the whole scp part but I think I may rewrite that better after my current feature, I couldn't get the wine METEOR thingy to works too but I will investigate on that later.

OK, sorry for delay but my laptop died (literally fried CPU) and I have no other computer right than a gardenserver.

Merging it to master.
