表題と関係ないが、ここがUXリサーチの国別割合と、業界規模予想を載せてる。

アジアのアの字もないw ほぼアメリカの一強。世界の市場規模でいくと、350億円。

88%がアメリカのマーケットでこれだから、日本だと10億もない程度だろうな。なので島国でやっててもしゃあない。

https://www.usertesting.com/ 価格書いてないが、数千円でいけるっぽい。

2007年創業でかなり古いただこれは英語しかサポートしてないので、日本には実質同レベルのサービスはない。

いくつか日本のサービスサイトをみたが、そのサイトのUI/UXをまず直した方がいいんじゃないのか？と思ってしまった... (日本のUI/UXは、アメリカレベルから、3周遅れくらい...マジで...)

@YusukeBBB 上記理由から、日本市場限定ですが、drooveに動画機能が入るとここの市場も取れる可能性があります。(ユーザーではないですが、過去にターゲットユーザーに対してデザインしてるデザイナーからの知見が動画でやりとりしながらチェックしてもらえる完全有料プランですね🙂)

ユーザーが気づくことは、エキスパートレビュアーは気づけると思うので(上位互換)、ここの価格をベースにして考えてもいい気がする。そもそも両者で求めてる理由は違うが、良いレビュアーはユーザー理解が深いのでユーザーがつまずくところにもきづけるはず。いわゆるヒューリスティック評価。

Qualtrics クアルトリクス

https://www.qualtrics.com/ SAPに買収されてる。これはB向けで導入コストで数百万かかるらしいから、ない。。。

Hotjar

https://www.hotjar.com/ うちでも使ってて、これも確かにアンケートや簡単なユーザビリティストがあるが、英語のみだ。

lookback

これがサイトはわかりやすい。双方向で進行するタイプと、セルフと直接がある。 $49/mと悪くないが、もちろん日本人はいないw https://lookback.io/
