Create private email for `cyberbuilder` for image uploads to Docker Hub #62

Our Docker ID for image uploads is cyberbuilder, who is registered at anatoli+cyber@rainforce.org, and it will be better to use some company email address for it.

@litvintech I don't have privileges to create cyberfund/fullnode-btcd repository under cyberfund namespace - https://hub.docker.com/add/repository/?namespace=cyberfund Without repo push fails:

$ docker tag fullnode-btcd cyberfund/fullnode-btcd
$ docker push cyberfund/fullnode-btcd
The push refers to a repository [docker.io/cyberfund/fullnode-btcd]

As I see it, repositories need to be created only once.

@litvintech only Owners are able to create repositories - https://docs.docker.com/docker-hub/repos/#creating-a-new-repository-on-docker-hub

@litvintech we need a corporate email address for cyberbuilder for publishing images with at least me and you subscribed.
