Release script for Docker Hub uploads

• [ ] get upstream sources tag (if any) and hash
  • [ ] update image labels with tag and hash
  • [ ] document commands to check tag and hash
    • [ ] cover what is returned when tag is not set (error, empty string, ...)
  • [ ] update image description with all of the above
