Build still fails https://travis-ci.org/cyberFund/cybernode/builds/274657447#L1229 with fatal error: libudev.h: No such file or directory because rust build image is based on Debian buildpack that doesn't include this library. https://github.com/docker-library/buildpack-deps/pull/67
