Desired Outcome

To have a first initial source code to start with

Implemented Changes

In this PR we import the SDK and all of it dependencies to the new repo

Every model that is used by the client is export under conjur_sdk.models
export CredentialsStoreInterface
export errors
ConjurrcData is no longer reading from file since it is not sdk scope

Resolves initial split

Can run successful list command against the server
