Remove reference to OSS suite

Desired Outcome

The outcome of this PR is to address stakeholder input the open source checklist for Conjur Inspect.

Implemented Changes

• Removed the reference to the Conjur OSS suite and updated one reference from Conjur OSS to Conjur Enterprise. This helps make it clear that this tool is intended for use in validation Conjur Enterprise deployments, rather than Conjur OSS.

• Updates the usage instructions to guide on what system account to run the inspection tool as.
