We should add information in the CONTRIBUTING.md document which details making updates to the spec for Conjur Enterprise developers. At minimum this would include information about how the enterprise-only annotation works, as well as how to generate Enterprise versions of the clients and run integration tests against a Conjur Enterprise instance.
We should also include a note about releasing which details that we do not currently release the Enterprise version of the spec so official versions would have to be manually generated.
