Remove Java client infra and point to new SDK repo #192

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

With the new conjur-sdk-java repo opening up for the generated java client we should remove all old tests in this repo and point to the new one.

Test files and infrastructure removed in PR #195 Links to the new repo should be added once it goes public.
