Currently we have a number of scripts, such as parse-changelog.sh and build.sh that exist in the
top-level directory for the project. This can clutter the top-level directory, which should be reserved for project files
that are more important to the projects functionality.
Describe the solution you would like
These files, and others like them, would be better suited for a ci directory. We would also need to update the references to these scripts, and their Docker commands within, to make use of this new directory structure.
